• Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.

4. Custom Designs & Intellectual Property

• Customers must have the legal right to use any images, logos, or designs submitted for engraving or printing.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders containing copyrighted or offensive material.
• By submitting a design, you grant us the right to use images of the finished product for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times vary based on order complexity. Estimated completion dates are provided but not guaranteed.
• Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photo proof.
• Cancellations after production begins will not be refunded.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.
